This rifle was built by Ray Saltzman who has been a long time rifle builder for many members of the US Navy Seals. It is a Winchester Model 70 SA which was fitted into a McMillan A-3 adjustable stock with military fill that is finished in Woodland camo which was allegedly only available to people who had military contracts at that time. The rifle also has a trigger job done on the factory trigger which was also done by Ray. It has a light approximately 3lb crisp break. The action on this rifle is buttery smooth. Sitting on top is a Leupold Vari X III 3.5-10x40mm Long Range Reticle Scope. On the bottom is a Vari-Pod adjustable bipod.
