Oscar 30 Titanium Suppressor
Each Oscar suppressor is a one-piece, solid Titanium suppressor with HUB compatibility. Precision turned for adaptability, you can use any HUB compatible mount. Whether you want a direct thread adaptor or a quick detach mount, such as the ASR Bravo series or Dead Air Keymo, the choice all yours. Enjoy the lighter weight of Titanium, keeping your rifle well-balanced while protecting your hearing.
Internal Design:
Next Level Armament’s unique baffle design separates the stream of air and gas, directing them through ports and into outer spiral channels designed as part of the baffles. This creates several independent vortices as the air and gas passes through each baffle, eventually exiting out of the ports at the end of the suppressor. Next Level’s design significantly reduces the typical “blowback” of gas into the firearm due to backpressure. This reduces fouling and ensures a more enjoyable experience for the operator.
Coating:
Each suppressor is finished with Infernoware, a revolutionary coating that dissipates heat, both during and after use.
General Specifications:
NOTE: While these are rated for full-auto with no barrel length restrictions, running full-auto for an extended amount of time without a cool down period will shorten the lifespan due to heat erosion.
HUB compatible suppressors are threaded 1 3/8-24 (1.375-24), which is the industry standard for the HUB thread size. Comes with a direct thread HUB adapter, or, you can choose your own preferred QD options using the HUB compatibility. We highly recommend using mount from an established and reputable company to avoid baffle strikes due to a low quality mount system.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATION: Due to the one-piece design, it is difficult to keep the inner air passages clean. To keep your suppressor working efficiently, we recommend soaking in CLP for cleaning every 300-400 rounds . Soak for several hours, drain, and remove the fouling by blowing it out. This can be done by simply using the suppressor (shooting it out) or by using compressed air.

Purchasing a suppressor in the state of MI requires the items listed below.
The fingerprint, photo, and paperwork process will take 45-60 minutes. All eForm submissions are by appointment only. Approval time can vary. As of June 1st, 2025 the ATF website shows an average of a 7 day approval period for individual transfers and 11 days for a trust. While we have seen approvals come back in 1-2 days, most approvals have taken about 3-7 business days but know this is NOT a definitive timeline and COULD take more time. If you are going to transfer into a trust, you will need all of your trust documents when you come to submit your form 4.
If you are not local and want the suppressor shipped to your local FFL, they MUST have their Class 1, 2, or 3 SOT to handle suppressors. The purchaser will be responsible for getting their FFL to email us a copy of their FFL and SOT so we can file the Form 3 for the dealer to dealer transfer. Form 3 approval times are generally about 1 week. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND IF YOU ARE ABLE TO OBTAIN A SUPPRESSOR IN YOUR STATE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON THESE PURCHASES.
